Assistant Manager:

We are looking for a committed, positive and mature person who loves the wellness industry to help manage our staff and promote our spa in the community!

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Co-manage and supervise spa staff; including front desk staff and service providers

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's appointment system

- Train new employees on front desk/customer service standards

- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Google Suite, Excel, WordPress, some Marketing experience preferred

- Previous experience as an Assistant Spa Manager or other supervisory role is preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent shift management abilities

- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles

- Demonstrate team management skills and ability to lead by example

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Monday: 10:00-5:30pm

Tuesday: 9:30-6:00pm

Wednesday: 10:00-6:30pm

Saturday: 8:30-5:00pm

Sunday: 10:00-5:30pm

Position is Full-time and starts at $38,480.00 - $39,520.00 per year depending on experience.

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) -

Schedule 2:

Friday: 2:45 - 8:15pm

Saturday: 2:45 - 8:15pm (every other week)

Sunday: 10:30 - 5:15pm

Monday: 10:30 - 5:15pm

Provide customized, therapeutic massage sessions for guests seeking relaxation, recovery, or rejuvenation. Must have a current Colorado massage license, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for wellness. Position starts at $45-$66 per hour depending on experience.
