Spa Membership

All Levels of Spa Membership Include:

○ Members may purchase TWO gift certificates per month. Members may select between the $99 membership rate for a Signature 60 minute service ($115 Value) or get 10% off ANY full priced service to be redeemed by a friend or family member.

○ 10% off all retail products (excluding consignment products from local vendors)

○ 10% off all additional services received by the member. Discount may not be combined with any other discounts or monthly specials.

Billing:

Membership billing is auto-charged to a credit card monthly, on the 1st of each month. Membership billing is indefinite until the client cancels. To cancel your membership a 30 day written notice of Soak Spa’s Membership Cancellation Form is required. You will receive your final billing during that 30 day period. This information is kept securely on file for future transactions on the customer's membership account.

Freezing:

There may be times when a member needs to freeze his or her membership for a short period of time, due to circumstantial reasons such as military leave, pregnancy, extended illness, relocation, etc. When a membership is frozen, the member is authorized to use his/her membership credit during the freeze period. The benefit of 10% off retail products and additional services cannot be used during a freeze. You must be a member for a least 60 days and have made at least two month’s membership payments in order to be eligible to freeze your account. Memberships may be frozen once a calendar year, for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days, depending on the circumstantial reason which will be determined by Soak Spa. At the end of the membership freeze term, membership billing will continue according to the preselected billing date. To initiate a freeze, fill out Soak Spa’s Membership Freeze Form. Clients are responsible for knowing when their memberships are frozen and unfrozen. Any unused credits will be forfeited after 60 days.

Cancellation:

Membership credits will be billed monthly indefinitely until client cancels membership. You must be a member for a least 60 days and have made at least two month’s membership payments in order to cancel your account. To cancel your membership a 30 day written notice of Soak Spa’s Membership Cancelation Form is required. You will receive your final billing during that 30 day period. Any unused services may be redeemed for 60 days following cancellation before credits expires. Any unused credits will be forfeited after 60 days.

Transfers:

Members may transfer one credit once every six months to any person of their choosing.

Soak Spa reserves the right to change policies, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice. Wellness Membership services are available Monday-Sunday, with limited availability on the weekends.
