Soak Spa Policies
Reservations: A card must be put on file at time of booking to hold your appointment. In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment time; we want you to feel completely at ease and relaxed, we reserve a time that is special and meant only for you.
*Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities to aromas or ingredients, disabilities, or special health concerns, including pregnancy**, when you schedule your appointment so that we may best accommodate your needs. If you are currently experiencing cold or flu symptoms we recommend that you reschedule your appointment. Receiving services while you are sick may increase your symptoms or cause your illness to last for an extended period of time, as well as spread the sickness to our other clients and staff.
**If you are pregnant and would like to book one of our services outside of the prenatal massage or Momma Harmony foot soak, please give us a call and we would be happy to help guide you toward which services would work for you. Please note that we only perform services during the second and third trimester.
Cancellation Policies and Fees: Cancellations or Rescheduling – At Soak Spa, we value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. A card must be put on file at time of booking to hold your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for multiple scheduled services lasting 2 hours or more, including spa packages. Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to 50% of full service value. No show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the spa receptionist.
Prices and Services: Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Coupons: All coupons that are handed out with flyers or at special events MUST be presented at time of service to receive the advertised discount.
Spa Promotions: Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.
Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa in person or by phone at 970-377-9868 or you may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment. Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase date.
Series of Treatments: We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.
Monthly Wellness Program: Monthly Wellness Programs are auto-charged to a credit card monthly, on the date corresponding with the date of the initial agreement. This information is kept securely on file for future transactions on the customer’s account. Wellness Program services are available Monday-Saturday, based on availability. Wellness Program prices cannot be combined with any other offer. One unused service will roll over and may be redeemed during another month. Customer has the option to freeze their program for up to 60 days; if program remains frozen for more than 60 days, this will constitute a cancellation. If the Wellness Program is cancelled, any unused services may be redeemed for 60 days following cancellation before the offer expires.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the price of individual services customary tipping runs 15% to 20%. An 18% gratuity will be added to all spa packages.
Check in: We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are a first-time client, a profile form will be completed prior to service. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply.
Cell Phones: We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa.
Personal Belongings: Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Soak Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Return Policy: It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Soak Spa.
Children & Teens: The minimum age requirement for services is defined by local, city and state ordinances. Children under 12 are not permitted in service area or treatment rooms. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.
