You will be guided in a 45-minute yoga and meditation session designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit. Our experienced instructor will lead you through a series of gentle stretches and calming meditative practices, creating a tranquil space for you to unwind and release tension.
After our invigorating yoga session, your feet and body will be soothed with a 15-minute Savasana foot soak. Sink into deep relaxation as your feet are pampered in a warm, aromatic bath, offering a perfect conclusion to your session.
To enhance your experience, we provide heated neck wraps that gently ease away stress and tension. Sip on a warm cup of ginger tea, known for its comforting and restorative properties, as you savor the tranquility and warmth that lingers after your practice.
